Our family went to Disneyland shortly after Sara was diagnosed. We all had a great time, including Sara who saw a few famous "people" there.

Sara added a few signatures to her autograph book. Special thanks go out to the Make-A-Wish Foundation for making our trip possible!

Definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience for all of us!
